Member Point System
The purpose of our point system is to allow our members to take full advantage of all the opportunities SHRM@SJSU has to offer.
Purpose: is to reward our members for taking full advantage of all the opportunities SHRM@SJSU has to offer.
Benefit:
SHRMIE Recognition - The SHRM member with the most amount of points at the end of the semester will be our SHRMIE STAR.
35 points for attending our social and SHRMITTEE events. Must RSVP to the event to receive points.
50 points for attending our career development events and workshops. Must RSVP to the event to receive points.
25 bonus points for attending company tours and volunteer events.
15 points for completing an event feedback survey.
0 points for attending without an RSVP after 12pm on the day of the event.
Points are only for members who submitted an application form and made a payment to our VP of Finance.
